1. “This classy and cozy place is one of the best known restaurants in Playa del Carmen. It has a diverse menu with the best Mexican, Italian and French cuisine recipes, all at reasonable prices. Here you can find anything from delicious escargots to an exquisite beef barbecue, including risottos and pastas, and of course the unforgettable desserts. The main characteristic of Byblos is that the owner keep the essence of the traditional cuisine from original recipes which showcases the true flavors and textures of each dish. The ingredients are handpicked by the chef, which guarantees that every dish at your table will have the touch and perfection that distinguishes Byblos.”
