1. “There are only two restaurants in the Denver area to my knowledge that you can truly taste the old west, Buckhorn Exchange and the Fort. They both serve rocky mountain oysters (bull testicles), and other exotic meats. My last visit I had oysters, yak, ostrich, and quail. All fixed perfectly. The staff was very friendly and treated you like a local when I was obviously not.”
