1. “Left breakfast in room all day, the car we booked through the hotel to the airport at 5am in the morning didn't turn up, rubbish bin in the room wasn't emptied, staff incredibly abrupt on telephone, had to chase for my laundry. Generally very poor service.”

3. “The bedrooms are large and the hotel is centrally located. The rooms have free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a modern and confortable look and style. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly.”

5. “The hotel had been recently re-done and was really well appointed for its star rating. The rooms were decent, quiet, with a safe, iron/board, and Wifi. The staff were with-it and very polite.”
