1. “Excellent hotel right in the heart of Florence with fairy tale views of the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. We upgraded our room to a river view and it was well worth it. We had an amazing suite with all the decorative splendor you'd expect in a Ferragamo hotel. Florence in Dec, especially weeks prior to Christmas is a magical place. I wouldn't expect that many tourists have considered a visit this time of the year and we were thrilled with the atmosphere, the sprirt and friendliness of the town. Well worth it.”

5. “とても良かったです。いろいろなサービスをしていただき快適に過ごすことができました。ロケーションも良く、一月旅行をしたなかでベストスリーに入ります。オーディオの設備があったのはたった2軒でした。滞在中、ＣＤを楽しむことができました。できればテラスで食事をしたかったなとは思っていますが、次回にしたいと思います。いろいろありがとうございました。素敵なフィレンチェ滞在となりました。”
