1. “Rooms and service excellent, ambiance excellent, food and beverage service not good and overpriced. on the whole a wonderful place though very expensive, and definitely the food/bev is overpriced. But I would go back tomorrow.”

2. “We arrived at night, everything was candle-lit, so this gave a beautiful, sexy ambience to our arrival. We have stayed in other resorts in the Riviera Maya area. The accomodations exceeded our expectations. The attitude of all the staff was friendly, professional, and gracious. We would have liked the tequila bar to be open during the evenings = a place to have a casual drink, smoke at the bar and not have the whole production of restaurant service. The spa treatments we experienced were excellent, but a more comfortable waiting/seating area inside or outside should be added (hammocks?).”

3. “The rooms were a little noisy as there wan't much noise insulation. The tap water was very salty. however, the service was one of the best i've ever experienced. I would recomended to others.”

4. “We felt immediately at home. The grounds, the villa were beautiful, and the service ultra professional and attentive. Alberto, our personal butler, was also very attentive and took care of any small problem or request cheerfully and promptly. Perhaps we were there in a bit of a slow season as we timed this with large tarpon fishing elsewhere (mid-August), but felt we virtually had the place to ourselves. Soothing, beautiful. We loved the soap and bought several bars to remind us of our visit. Now that we know, we will plan for a longer stay next time and will enjoy the spa.”
