“Excellent location. The room could not have been more perfect - it felt large and roomy. The king bed was very comfortable, and there was a very nice TV with several channels and radio stations. The bathroom was unbelievably gorgeous. The hotel bar area was always empty. We had a drink there one night and had very slow service. The front desk workers were very pleasant, but not very useful when asking about shopping or restaurants. They tried to be helpful, but I think they were just young and inexperienced. I would stay there again, and I think you should keep it on your website.”

“Wonderful service from you. You organised an english speaking babysitter for us which was done without any hassle. The hotel was fantastic as was the babysitter. We'll keep using you. Thank you.”

“The hotel itself was fabulous...HOWEVER...the first night there we noticed that the shower did not drain and consequently flooded the entire bathroom floor after being on for more than 2 or 3 minutes...we immediately informed the staff who ensured they would have it fixed. Well, needless to say, after three days and numerous conversations with the hotel staff, INCLUDING THE MANAGER, it NEVER got fixed and we ended up having to "shower" in teh bathtub for our entire stay at the hotel...when we AGAIN brought this up upon checkout all they did was smile and say "I'm sorry". Unfortunate.”

“An absolutely sexy hotel. Loved the scent, soft lighting and the lounge music playing in the hotel. It is also a 5 min walk to Champs Elysees. The hotel staff were very helpful. The bedroom was slightly cramped but without the table it would have been perfect. Overall a fantastic place to stay!”

“Service was great up until check out when I asked the front desk agent to prepare my bill for me and to send the bellman up in 15 minutes while I went back to the room to do some last minute packing. I came back downstairs to settle the bill and it was not prepared and the bellman was 15 minutes late which resulted in our shuttle driver and their passengers to wait in the car for the bellmen to come down with the luggage.”

“The hotel de sars staff is under whelming and for a room rate of $600 a night they should be a lot more attentive and pay more attention to details. We found the hotel absolutely boring and empty and in a realtive touristy area with little too offer other than shopping (which we can get in NY or any mall in the world) and lots of tourists and bad tourist resturants - the staff was un able to offer any suggestions. We found a much better more comfortable and enjoyable hotel in another part of town - Hotel Bourg Ti Bourg - highly recommend it.”

“This hotel was in the perfect Paris location. 3 minutes walk from the Champs Elysees and all the Paris has to offer. Rooms were very well appointed, B&O Televisions etc... and great quality. Cool bar downstairs that was not overcrowded.”
