2. “our suite with private terrace & swimming pool was superb - but we paid highly for it. the resort has excellent service, and the restaurants are of good quality. the spa building is more impressive than the actual services provided. getting around the resort was interesting with the wait for the tram being the biggest annoyance. overall, we like this retreat and never left the resort. the service at the restaurants was excellent, and the food above average. but for such an exclusive resort, the food at the top restaurants in athens was decidedly better.”

4. “glad we chose this hotel in crete!! 5 star, stunning property, great service.lot's of honeymooners, very romantic setting. Outstanding breakfast too!!very close proximity, walking distance to Plaka (cute village, with great tavernas) Our favorite one was Giorgos/great grilled fish!!”
