2. “As someone who's lived in Japan for many years in the past, I liked the fusion of design in this hotel which maintained a sense of Japanese aesthetics whilst at the same time offered fanatastic and luxurious accomodation and surroundings.Personally I am a fluent Japanese speaker, but for those that aren't this hotel has a lot of very good english speakers, all very willing to help in any way.On evening the manager invited us to a cocktail in the bar, and basically they just kept topping our glass up with champagne until we left - a nice touch (especially as the yen was going through the roof during our stay).Overall I'd certainly go back, and certainly recommend. It was a much better experience than the one night we stayed in a nearby Ryokan...”
