1. “great location (although not right on a canal but two minutes away and also close to the museum square), great back terrace (during summer anyway) with cute family of ducks, free appetizers and drinks from 5pm until midnight! everything in minibar was free, including whiskey, "wodka" and gin! friendly staff. great room design and I think reasonably priced compared to much more expensive options in Amsterdam.”

6. “When we checked into the hotel we were given a ground floor room next to the hotel kitchen and at street level to the road outside, it was incredibly noisy and after a night I was ready to leave, However they gave us a 2nd floor room and then the place really warmed on me, the free bar and everything else (not internet) concept works well and created a nice feeling, free nespresso machine in the room wand free minibar were other nice touches, the location is also great in a very classy area I have never been before very pleasant indeed, all in all we had a nice stay.”

10. “Nice location just outside of the main canal old town. Very very small hotel. Quiet. Great courtyard for relaxing. Simple european breakfast. Beer/Wine/Sprits available in lobby area from front desk clerk”
