2. “Not really a boutique neither a 'budget' hotel, the service is typical of a 5* hotel in the region. The views over Seoul are quite nice because its on a hill. This area of the city is relatively quiet.”

3. “very pleasant to stay inside, with great restaurants and nice bar. however, it is also in a central location and easily walkable from many restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, etc.”

4. “Some of the best service I've had in Asia. Typically, service in Asia is either robotically protocoled or sloppy. The staff at the Shilla seem interested in making their service feel personal. They remembered our names throughout our stay, were always ready to offer up restaurant tips and hand you reservations, maps, and their favorite items from the menu before you even asked. They were excellent.”
