1. “The staff, the room, the location (as central as it gets). Did I mention the staff? I called ahead and asked them to book a table for two in a hip/ romantic restaurant. They did, and had the hotel car whisk us there for free and pick us up in the pouring rain after dinner. Loved the whole experience.”

9. “Fabulous, boutique hotel deserving of its high ratings and good reviews.Studio room was extremely stylish, in a rather masculine way, with lots of dark wood and well-chosen accessories.Service was impeccable, and personal, with staff remembering my name, and generally being very helpful.The restaurant, Mooo..., is a steakhouse (and also excellent), but don't eat there if you want lighter fare.”
