Good location in close proximity of public transport; rooftop pool was a winner; rooms very stylish and immaculately cleaned; very stylish.

Situated directly on Espanya Plaza where you can catch most major metros to center of the city or its outskirts (montserrat, stadium olympic)Curious bathroom layout. Modern fixtures and a comfortable bed.Relaxing pool, after a long days worth of walking around to enjoy a drink with a fantastic view of the plaza. This hotel will probably get pricier after they finish building in the plaza. They are renovating the stadium there and another high end condo is being built across the street. Take advantage of this great hotel while its still affordable.

Great design and style throughout, excellent lobby and bar area. Comfortable, spacious rooms and the price couldn't be beat. Although technically rated 3-star, it feels more like a 4-star with 2-star prices. Easily my favorite hotel in Europe. If you like the Standard Hotel in LA, minus the scene, you'll love this place.Breakfast finally features soy milk available to the guests which is a definite plus.

The rooms were large and comfortable by Barcelona standards.

Great rooms. Very nice design. Nice staff. Near metro station.

This hotel was obviously a "re do" of an old property. They did a great job making it simple, clean-lined, modern. And not just on the surface. they added some nice technology (lights, etc.) There were really only a few places where you could tell it was a redo and not a brand new hotel. It was comfortable, well-located (especially close to the Fira if you are there on business) and nice.

We loved the B hotel from the moment we arrived from the moment we checked out...The receptionists were great during check-in, very nice and able to answer the few questions we had about the area. Also on check-out, we had some questions about our flights and the receptionist offered to call the airline for us, which was really lovely! Our room was really stylish but still comfortable! It had a window you could actually open, the bed was pretty comfortable, there was even a bath-tub! The rooms were clean and everything worked.Roof-deck was great. Perfect place for a glass (or bottle) of Cava at the end of a long afternoon of sight-seeing.The location was great. Really close to the metro/subway and walking distance to most things if you can handle a bit of a longer walk.

This is a cool, easy-going place to stay with a nice pool, bar, etc. The location is ideal if you want to be a tad outside the hustle and bustle of Las Ramblas/Placa Catalunya area, yet still have easy access to every part of the city via public transport (bus and metro stops right outside the hotel). Overall, great hotel.

We arrived really late to the hotel because of our flight and looked forward to our nice but standard room but to our surprise we were upgraded to a bigger room. The room it self was a big corner room with a view of the road out side and the big square (not super nice view but ok). Bathroom was very nice and it was clean and everything was just well kept after. We stayed for 4 night and I cant really find anything to complain about, at least stuff they can change. If you go here, don't miss the really nice roof-top pool with a nice view over Barcelona.
