“The Hotel Rialto staff did everything possible to make my stay enjoyable, helping me with every need. My room was very stylish & comfortable. There's a high attention to detail at Rialto -- things like candles in the bathroom, complimentary mineral water, etc. I don't believe any hotel's bathroom will be able to top Hotel Rialto's. My bathroom was HUGE! It had a shower with a gigantic, waterfall showerhead as well as a large, deep bath tub. I didn't know whether to shower or bathe because they were both so luxurious. I stay at a lot of Tablet Hotel-worthy hotels. Hotel Rialto is tops!”

“The service was excellent in the sense that I was given a better room, a suite, when it turned out that my room wasn't ready yet when I arrived. But the staff appeared to be somewhat absent minded at times, in particular the waitresses. At breakfast, they mixed up an order, forgot to mention that orange juice wasn't fresh on one particular day (when it usually is), and generally weren't particularly alert (but always friendly).”

“The staff were amazing. We got stuck in Warsaw for a few extra days due to the pre-Christmas shutdown of Heathrow and had to rebook additional nights, etc. We were treated with good humour and the utmost consideration throughout the time.”

“I've been loads of times and I am very fond of the hotel for its stylish but relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. The bathrooms are particularly lovely, massive walk in shower with a free standing bathtub as well - long and deep. Heated floors in the bathroom too and excellent magnifying mirror with lights for close examination of the face - a real class act.”
