1. “The service at the hotel was almost nonexistent. The reception desk never picked up the phone when we called from the hotel room. They forgot to give us our wake up calls every morning. The front desk staff also had an attitude when we asked for any kind of help. But the hotel design and our rooms was really beautiful.”

4. “The Grey is a little tricky to find in the labyrinth of streets in central Milan. Once found, however, it provides an oasis of comfort from the hectic central district. Everything is accessable from here - Il Duomo, the Galleria shoping area, and the chic and bustling cafes and shops of central Milan. The staff were very polite and efficient, making our stay a complete pleasure. The only negative was the parking - difficult and expensive - but you are in central Milan. We would recommend staying there, but be prepared to pay for it, especially with a weak US dollar against the Euro.”

6. “Liked the room very much, good location. Unfortunately the boiler broke down while we were staying, which meant we had to shower in cold water. Rather affected our enjoyment, although I assume it's not a regular occurence.”

8. “In another time I used to stay in Straff Hotel in the same street that The Gray Hotel. And I prefered Straff than The Gray. The rates, the services are better.”
