6. “Outstanding staff. Staff in 5 star hotels seem to oscillate between superior and disinterested to overdone fawning. Every single member of staff I encountered was just superb. Polite, efficient and not over-bearing. I was here for business but will return with my family as I think this is a fantastic oasis from which to explore Mumbai”
