2. “Fanstastic, from the moment we parked up outside offers for assistance with our luggage (all be it two bags) checking in was swift even with a big queue. We've stayed in well known hotels in london and they didn't put extra staff on to reduce the queue time. Room was v nice and atmosphere in bar was nice and welcoming. Hope to stay with you again soon”
